What movie is this gene wilder quote from?

I'm a little fuzzy on the exact quote but he says something like" That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. And because we're all in the room and having heard it, we're all stupider because of it". I have searched everywhere-I thought it was from Young Frankenstein, but haven't had any luck finding it.
