My brother-in-law is completing his +2 this year with MPC and Computer Science - need info 4 higher education?

He is an average student and wants to develop interesting, thrilling and challenging career apart from IT like Pilot, Marine Engineering, Astronaut, Geo-informatics, Materials Science, Media, Tourism and etc. But his main drawback is he does not have exposure to what are the various developing field available in today’s world/market in order to choose or decide with his limit of interest and talent. So can I get various other field courses available with basic info or URL, so that he can do research and choose out of his interest and talent.
