4.0 GPA, 1690 SATs. Chance for Duke?

Hiii. So, I have a 4.0 GPA weighted out of 4.0 and a 3.9 GPA unweighted out of 4.0. I applied to Duke and am having an interview tomorrow. I'm not sure if I should get my hopes up. I have two jobs, been in FBLA, went to states twice, been cl officer for 4 years, in Student Council, tutored, been in Yearbook... etc. The only problem is my SATs. Math: 630 CR: 500 Writing: 560 with an essay of 9. I took the SAT 2 in Chemistry and received a 670. I know the scores are very low for Duke, but because of my extracurriculars and grades, would they reconsider?
