Could the U.S. government's advocacy of one religion's god (and no others) be considered SHAMEFUL?

On money, in the Pledge of Allegiance (for Christ's sake), in front of courthouses (we have our own laws, you know), Congress and the Senate open with prayer, and the president publicly showing his allegiance to capital "g" god time and time again...I think it's awful. You?
