Do I have an enlarged lymph node?

Im 15YO and I have this lymph node in my right groin. It is very mobile, not tender at all, not rock hard, and its been there for about 3 to 4 years now and I just started taking it seriously just in case its something serious. When I look in the mirror, it rarely sticks out but on occasion it sticks out but very little, I have to actually get gles in order to see it. Im very lenky I should add, Im 6' 3" and 175 lbs. Im an athlete preparing for my college football career at UCLA. I started lifting weights and stuff like 3 years ago the time it started showing a LITTLE. It has never increased or decreased in size. Im a hypacondriac, I freak over every little twinge I get in my body. My parents and everyone tell me that Im freaking over nothing and that its just that some nodes are more palpable. All I do is worry about this. Im not enjoying life. But everyone is telling me this is nothing and I need to calm down. I hate doctors so I never say anything to them. Is this really nothing?
