Hillary standing up for MI rights or seeking to change rules in the middle of the game?

If she is now (and all of a sudden) interested in having MI votes counted, then why did she agree BEFORE the start of the election with all the other democratic candidates to abide by the rule which states that neither MI nor FL will have their delegates sent to the national convention?
