How do I get my issue reach top management of Pioneer Electronics? Repair of my Pioneer AV rcvr is too long!?

I brought my Pioneer AV receiver to a Pioneer Service center in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. It took them 2 weeks just to give me the estimate and was told it will take one and a halp month to get it repaired because the parts needed would have to be ordered from Japan. I offered to pay additional charges, or pay for the exclusive shipment of the parts via DHL or FEDEX, just speed up the ordering of the parts but they told me that Pioneer Japan did not agree with my proposal. I am really frustrated with the aftersales Pioneer is extending to it's customers.
