Doctors, med students, nurses, why aren't there computer programs that es and diagnose?

They can pinpoint the problem with a car, why isn't there a computer program that can take someone's entire individual physical data and use it for diagnostics?? Isn't it about time? The best we have today is the 'House' scenario with the gathering of great minds trying to connect all the dots, so why isn't the medical field higher advanced into the high tech world?
