Is it bad for me to want to live somewhere else?

I live in snowy cold and boring new york ( not nyc i live in suburbs far away from nyc) But the thiings i love in life are sun beaches swimming and chilling. I want to live florida or somwhere warm so bad. i feel like i only have one life to life why not be happy?
