Colorblindness....in the military.?

I know someone that has issue w/ color blindness too.. he wanted to join seals but because of that he cant join any of the special forces in any branch of military... but his recruiter told him that if he wants to go out there and shoot a gun, he can join the marines as infantry.. so think your good..
