Why are some Blacks unwilling to look at the shortcomings within the Black community?

I never blamed white people for anything because they are not what the media portrays them to be, all races have their problem ( some thing I hear all the time) but no race gets called out as much as black people. Having said that white people should mind their own business and focus on their own problems.
