Whose fault was it really, for starting WWI?

Was it the Austro-Hungarian empire? They were pissed for the asination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand...I know there were a million other reasons like treaties for the war, but was is Germany who convinced Austria-Hungary to declare war or...? I personally don't think Germany deserved all the blame
