Where is Pier 15 in Manila?

I'm living in Calamba, Laguna & I want to go to Pier 15 to fetch someone special. Since I am not so familiar in Manila , I just want to ask what jeep/fx route should I choose. I have a tight budget so I can't have taxi. Please help me!
