In Harry Potter, what does it mean that Snape wanted?

Lily Potter for fun? I mean, she wasn't interested in him, only as a friend so if Voldemort was going to let Snape have her, what would be the point if she wasn't into him? Was he going to date her or what? Is that what he wanted?
