How do I figure that Citigroup is cheap from a valuation standpoint?

Cheap? I doubt there is anyone who knows what the company is really worth. A lot depends on how much crap they have on their books. Book value last quarter only dropped by 50% in the last 6 months. Another 6 months of the same and there won't be any Citigroup any longer.
