Help resolve this bet?

Tell her Quaddruple it! Hope not to lose 4 in a row haha. But the first bet was 1 and the 2nd bet is 2 and the 3rd bet would be 4 things now. and if you lose that next one it would be 8 things you would have to do now haha..
