"MsSQL 2000 experts" please answer my question? i need your help please help?

You cannot install the database server on Windows ME - only the client tools such as Query yzer and Enterprise Manager. You need at least Windows XP to install the database server itself. Windows 2000 or 2003 Server are more appropriate candidates however.
